  1. I suppose we all need to know our customers better. I’ve always struggled with this, knowing the type of audience to target for my websites. This is not easy, yet needs to be researched.
    I’ve had websites that gained a lot of visitors but I couldn’t convert them. Obviously they were the wrong customers for what I was promoting. Just watched the video which goes for over an hour, but worthwhile.

    1. Well you’re certainly not alone Nigel – around 90% of internet marketers and newbie bloggers fall at this hurdle…I did myself at one point in time! 

      The video is definitely the answer my friend – once you know how to determine your audience, the rest becomes child’s play! 🙂

I’ve been trying to get a handle on what my customers are wanting or “looking for” when they come to my website.  It is invaluable information that most of us just try guessing at.  I can see where using the techniques in the video would really help understand more about my customers and therefore allow me to offer more value to them in the future.

    Do you find that understanding your customers’ wants and creating content that caters to those wants leads to more conversions for you?

    1. Of course Elizabeth! 

      It’s actually key in the conversion success. Check out the video again and take a few notes – actually, watch the video several times if possible (it’s a wealth of info that you really need to be aware of!). 

  3. It is very important to know our customers and I found this video to be very helpful. I had bad experience with Facebook page where I was trying to target some traffic which in the end resulted with no conversion. Wealthy affiliate very well explain everything that is related to affiliate marketing which is priceless.
