Is PlanProMatrix a Scam?

Okay – so we’re back on the MLM trail once again!

It’s been a while now since I could be bothered to venture into reviewing this form of marketing, but I have received numerous requests for PlanProMatrix reviews over the last several weeks – I thought it was about time I pulled my finger out and got back on the horse!

Now – a quick disclaimer for those of you that are not familiar with this site…

I’m reviewing a MLM product/service today, and I’m well known for a bit of a ‘MLM-hater’.

The truth of the matter is that I’ve had A LOT of experience with these marketing companies over the years, and I’ve met A LOT of people that have ended up (severely) out of pocket after trying to use one.

What am I trying to say here?

Well…don’t expect a highly positive review or recommendation off me!

With that out of the way, Is PlanProMatrix a scam or is it legit?

let’s take a closer look at the PlanProMatrix system…

The PlanProMatrix Review

The company itself is owned by a dude named Mark George Naval and they started out in business back in 2013, they base their work model on a data entry system. They are based in the Philippines, but at the time of writing this, it doesn’t really matter where you are based – anyone can sign up and work with them.

There are three main ‘avenues’ which you can choose from to earn with this lot – Data Entry, E-Loading and Referrals.

Sound a bit confusing?

Yep, it is. Let’s take a closer look at each:

The Data Entry gig is near enough self explaining – you log into their platform and carry out work linked to data entry and data encoding software and services. All work is done through a software interface that they provide.

The E-loading is basically topping up your mobile devices (phone usually) that are prepaid. You know prepaid credits, cards and that type of thing?

Referrals are the people you drag into the system with your marketing – you then earn a percentage of the cash that they earn.

All a bit too confusing for you? Why not try our #1 FREE recommendation to work online HERE!

How Much Does All This Cost?

So how much is this PlanProMatrix sign up gonna cost you?

Well, to be honest, it’s really not that much when compared to other MLM opportunities out there…

The Starter Membership costs 600 Philippine pesos (approximately $12) to open up, and the premium membership will set you back 1850 Php (approximately $36).

There’s not much difference between the two membership levels, other than the amount of commission you earn from your referrals.

Fortunately, there are businesses with a more straightforward commission structure, and are FREE, such as Wealthy Affiliate. This bunch can help you start an online business where you will be able to work with major companies like Amazon and eBay that pay you in a nice straightforward manner.

PlanProMatrix Guide – The Pros & Cons

When I was researching this company I decided to first try out the Better Business Bureau website to discover their thoughts on the MLM setup. Turns out that at the time of writing this, they have no listing there. Make what you want of this, but it doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence!

Another downside of this opportunity is the constant need to recruit – like 99.9% of MLM businesses out there. Now, I’m not exactly thrilled by the prospect of trying to get everyone I know to sign up with a Philippine business, and I’m pretty sure that you’ll feel the same way!

Most MLM companies have some sort of income disclosure statement on their homepage, usually in tiny print somewhere where you’ll miss it when signing up. These statements give you some sort of idea about what money you are going to see back from the business. PlanProMatrix does have a income disclosure statement – which is a trifle worrying from my point of view!

Now on to the Pros…

Well, there’s nothing to report here I’m afraid, and you’ll find out why below…

Is PlanProMatrix a Scam or Legit?

Unfortunately, while I’m not going to call this setup a scam, I am going to advise that you stay well clear of them if you are looking to earn some money online.

They have been accused of allegedly using products as a disguise to hide behind a pyramid scheme and I’ve heard on the grapevine that certain government officials are getting involved (and you don’t want to mess about with those guys!).

Also, whenever a MLM puts an emphasis on recruitment, I start to worry.
